描述物:2-(2-乙酰胺基-4-羟基-6,8-二氧杂双环[3.2.1]辛-3-基氧基)-丙酸、2-乙酰胺基-2-脱氧-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→4)-N-乙酰-β-胞壁酸-(1→4)-2-乙酰胺基-2-脱氧-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖。
该复合物的蛋白为内切肽聚糖转糖基酶RlpA。
