CERN plant phenological observation data sets

CERN plant phenological observation data sets is the plant phenological observation data integration of CERN ecological station, which contains 22 CERN ecological station phenological observation datas, more than 660 species of 2003-2015. As the difference of phenological stages between woody and herbaceous plants, the subset data set is divided into subsets of Woody and herbaceous. Woody plant subset mainly record the leaf bud breaking phase, leaf unfolding phase, first bloom phase, full flowering phase, fruit or seed ripened phase, leaf turning to autumn color phase and leaf falling phase. Herbaceous plant subset records the germination or turning green phase, flowering phase, fruit or seed ripened phase, seed dispersal phase, autumn wilting phase. In addition, the data set also contains the ecological station code, year, plot code, plot name, plot type, species name, Latin name, and so on. The data set could provide data support for climate change, carbon cycle, plant response to environmental change, etc.
