We analyzed the gut flora of MG patients, especially that the newly diagnosed and untreated patients. Intestinal flora plays an irreplaceable part in the occurrence of MG, especially in individuals not administered any drugs, where the abundance of the pro-inflammatory bacterium Streptococcus was significantly enriched and the abundance of the anti-inflammatory bacterium Lachnospira was significantly down-regulated.
