Lateral Spreading Deformations from Satellite Images and Optical Image Correlation for the 2011 Christchurch EQ (NEES-2014-1263)

<p><b>Year Of Curation: </b>2015</p> <p><b>Description: </b>The 2011 Christchurch earthquake induced significant liquefaction in and around the city of Christchurch, particularly along the Avon River. Characterization of the earthquake induced lateral spreading displacements was performed using satellite imagery and optical image correlation.
