Protists selectively prey on bacteria, but the impact of treated wastewater (TWW) irrigation on soil predators and pathogen controlis unclear. Using amplicon sequencing, we aim to explore how TWW with enteric pathogens affects protist communities and their interactions with enteric pathogens
