United States Ego-Alter Link Descriptions

List of Ego-Alter Link Descriptions (edges) identified through empirical research to inform ego-centric social network visualising implementation of the norm of nonrefoulement in the United States at the US-Mexico land border in 2019. Alters have direct or indirect links to Egos (categories of asylum seekers) through participation in the asylum legal decision-making process. The links between actors reflect their connection in the implementation of the norm of nonrefoulement and are weighted to reflect whether their connection is direct or indirect.
