In order to screen the target genes regulated by lncMGPF,we transfected the siRNA to knock down lncMGPF gene (si-lncMGPF) and negative control siRNA (si-NC), induced cells to differentiate for 2 days. Overall design: We further transfected the siRNA to knock down lncMGPF gene (si-lncMGPF) and induced cells to differentiate for 2 days. Then, we used microarray to analyze genome-wide gene changes after lncMGPF knockdown in C2C12 cells differentiated for 2 days.
