Reference interval of optimal vitamin D level for an adult population of Bangladesh

Description of the data and file structure

The study collected data from healthy fishermen in Bangladesh to determine the reference interval for vitamin D levels in this population. Additionally, data from an urban population were gathered to identify the parathyroid hormone (PTH) deflection point in relation to vitamin D levels

IBM SPSS v25 with Python plug-in software was used to analyse the data.

Medcalc version-14 statistical software was used to calculate reference intervals.
