These files contain full data sets used to carry out an integrated study on the "Ecotoxicological Impacts of 6PPD-Q on Aquatic Organisms: Integrated Meta-analysis and Weighted Network Toxicology Reveal Multipathways of Toxicity. The excel files contain the acute toxicity and mechanistic toxicity data sets, the .csv files contain biomarker-to-gene mapping data, while the html is an interactive Knowledge graph used for trends analysis. The R markdown shows the complete workflow using R codes for the meta-analysis. The study was carried out successfully at the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
