Dapagliflozin (Dapa) has been widely used to manage diabetes and its complications. However, whether Dapa affects diabetic male infertility and the underlying mechanism remain largely unknown.We concluded that the protective effects of Dapa in diabetic male spermatogenesis were associated with attenuated gut microbiota dysbiosis, restored metabolite abundance, and modulated testicular protein expression patterns.
