Environmental Impact Assessment for the upgrading of Heavy Oil and Pyrolysis Bio-Oils (from Wood and Algae) with dispersed Ni-Mo/Al2O3 commercial catalyst (ground up pelleted catalyst). Impact categories assessed: Abiotic depletion (fossil fuels) - ADFF (MJ); Global warming Potential - GWP100a (kg CO2eq.); Ozone layer depletion - ODP (kg CFC-11eq.); Human toxicity - HT (kg 1,4-DBeq.); Acidification Potential - AP (kg SO2eq.); and Eutrophication Potential - EP (kg PO4eq.). In addition to substance impact contribution analyses, for identifying key substance drivers for impact contribution, across all impact categories.
