知识产权在上市公司中扮演着越来越重要的角色，成为考量公司核心竞争力和市场控制能力的一项重要指标。现有研究发现，上市公司专利每增加一项，公司市值将增加数百万元，且知识产权保护水平越高的地区，专利产出对市值的贡献越大。   作为CnOpenData专利系列数据之一，A股上市公司专利及引用被引用数据提供了中国A股上市公司的专利数量统计表、专利质量统计表、专利详情表三个子表，不仅从数量和质量两个方面对中国A股上市公司的专利表现进行评价，更囊括上市公司的详细专利信息，完整包含了上市公司及其子公司、联营公司、合营公司的所有专利信息，是对CnOpenData专利系列数据库的有力补充 。

Intellectual property (IP) has become increasingly critical for listed companies, serving as a pivotal indicator for assessing their core competitiveness and market control capabilities. Existing research indicates that each additional patent held by a listed company corresponds to a several-million-yuan increase in its market capitalization; moreover, in regions with stronger intellectual property protection, the contribution of patent output to market capitalization is more significant.

As one of the patent series datasets under CnOpenData, the Patent and Citation (Citing and Cited) Data of Chinese A-share Listed Companies includes three sub-tables: the Patent Quantity Statistics Table, Patent Quality Statistics Table, and Patent Detail Table. This dataset not only evaluates the patent performance of Chinese A-share listed companies from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, but also contains detailed patent information of listed entities, comprehensively covering all patent data of the listed companies, their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and joint ventures. It serves as a robust supplement to the CnOpenData patent series database.
