Phased Ski-Interacting Protein Alignment

Phased Ski-Interacting Protein alignment used in the final *BEAST species tree inference. Heterozygous haplotypes were reconstructed using the program PHASE v2.1 (Stephens et al., 2001).This gene region is orthologous to Ixodes protein ISCW021146.本数据集为用于最终*BEAST物种树推断的相位化Ski相互作用蛋白序列比对。研究中采用PHASE v2.1软件（Stephens等，2001）重构了杂合单倍型。该基因区域与硬蜱属（Ixodes）蛋白ISCW021146为直系同源。
