Top5 Kinase Predictions for Orphan Human Phosphosites

Associated kinase predictions for orphan phosphosites whose cognate kinases are unknown. We shared the top 5 kinase predictions by filtering the top 1 kinases' prediction probabilities that are greater than or equal to 0.5. The predictions are obtained by using our best prediction model.
