De-identified Clinical Dataset of Patients with Multiple Myeloma

Description This dataset contains de-identified clinical data from 152 patients diagnosed with multiple myeloma at Shanxi Bethune Hospital. Clinical data were retrospectively obtained from electronic medical records and collected from routine clinical practice. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, disease subtypes, laboratory parameters, staging classifications (ISS, Durie–Salmon, R-ISS, and R2-ISS), treatment information (including transplantation status), and survival outcomes. Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) are provided in months, together with corresponding event indicators for survival analyses. All data were de-identified prior to public release. No personally identifiable information is included in this dataset. This dataset may be used for research on risk stratification, prognostic modeling, survival analysis, and staging system validation in multiple myeloma. Detailed variable definitions and measurement units are provided in the accompanying README file. Ethics Statement Clinical data were retrospectively obtained from medical records after approval by the Ethics Committee of Shanxi Bethune Hospital (Approval No. LYLL-2026-004/PJ119). This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The requirement for informed consent was waived due to the retrospective nature of the study. All data were de-identified prior to public release.
