Information Intelligence in the Classroom: High School Students' Attitudes Toward Generative AI and ChatGPT
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the survey responses of 93 Italian high school students, aged 14 to 19, collected between February and March 2024 via LimeSurvey to explore their attitudes toward Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI tools like ChatGPT in educational settings. The data captures basic demographic information—including age, gender, geographic region (Northern and Southern Italy), and school type—alongside responses to a validated questionnaire based on the tripartite ABC model of attitudes, encompassing affective, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions. Measured using Likert scales, the responses map to three core latent factors: Mindful AI Learning, Embracing AI Effects, and ChatGPT as a Learning Companion. All data was collected entirely anonymously without any personally identifiable information, providing a secure and ethically compliant resource for analyzing how students perceive, interact with, and integrate AI into their learning pathways.
