Mean concentration in minerals, vitamin A and heavy metals in smal dried fishes from Madagascar

Mean and standard-deviation in the concentration of iron, calcium, selenium, zinc, vitamin A and heavy metals (As, Hg, Pb and Cd) across three replicates of 10 types of small dried fishes collected in markets from Madagascar. Preliminary taxonomic information is also provided for each type of small dried fishes
