Diagnostic sites for human contamination test in great apes (updated version)

Diagnostic sites for a human contamination test (https://github.com/kuhlwilm/HuConTest). These are defined as sites in the genome (version hg19) where most high-coverage individuals from the three great ape species complexes (Pan, Gorilla, Pongo) differ from modern humans.
