Gene annotation of the R2 locus in potato ( S. tuberosum genotypes RH089-039-16, HB171(13), DM1-3 516R44) and tomato (S. lycopersicum cv. Heinz 1706). For each scaffold/BAC clone are indicated: linkage phase, genotype of affiliation, GenBank accession (where available), description of the product and EST accession (from the SolEST database). Manual annotation of DM0-3 516R44 and Tomato cv. Heinz were compared to the automated annotation and no relevant differences were identified. (XLSX 27 kb)
