资源简介:
Accumulating evidence has shown that Cyclins and CDKs function as part of the integral component in contributing immunomodulatory processes. Such pro-inflammatory role of CDKs occurs largely independently from their initial discovery in cell cycle regulation, given that many of the immune cells are terminally differentiated cells such as macrophage and neutrophils. As CDK functions largely depending on the substrate recognition capability of their counterpart cyclin partner. Cyclin J was found to modulate immune response in macrophages. Thus, we aim to investigate the role of Cyclin J in macrophages in controlling anti-tumor immunity by performing RNA seq analysis using tumor-associated macrophages lacking Cyclin J compared with controls.
