Data for: Shufeng Wenfei Zhike Granules Attenuate Airway Inflammation and Cough Hypersensitivity in Cough-Variant Asthma with Cold-Fluid Retention Pattern via Modulation of the NF-κB/IκBα Pathway

This dataset contains raw experimental data from a preclinical study investigating the effects of Shufeng Wenfei Zhike Granules (SWZG) on airway inflammation and cough hypersensitivity in a guinea pig model of cough-variant asthma (CVA) with cold-fluid retention pattern. Study design. CVA was induced by ovalbumin sensitization combined with cold stress and ice-cold water exposure. Guinea pigs were randomized into four groups: Control, Model, SWZG treatment, and prednisone acetate, 6 per group. A total of 21 animals were included in the final analysis (from an initial 24, with 3 losses during acclimation). Variables included.
