Heart failure hospitalizations and risk factors among the multi-ethnic population from a middle income country: the Suriname heart failure studies

this dataset contains the demographic data (age, sex and ethnicity) from all HF patients admitted into the Thorax Centrum Paramaribo at the Academic Hospital Paramaribo in Suriname between 2013 and 2015. In addition, the days between all subsequent admissions per patient are presented as well as the patient status (dead or alive) at discharge. Furthermore, their LV function and risk factors and medication is documented.本数据集涵盖2013年至2015年间，于苏里南帕拉马里博学术医院（Academic Hospital Paramaribo）下属帕拉马里博胸科中心（Thorax Centrum Paramaribo）收治的全部心力衰竭（Heart Failure, HF）患者的人口统计学资料，包含年龄、性别及种族信息。此外，数据集还记录了每位患者历次后续入院之间的间隔天数，以及患者出院时的生存状态（存活或死亡）。同时，还留存了患者的左心室（Left Ventricular, LV）功能、相关危险因素与用药情况。
