DNA-TFAM smFRET

Representative raw microscopy image stacks of donor (Atto565, right panel) and acceptor (Atto67, left panel) fluorescences for LSP, HSP, and NS upon TFAM addition are provided in TIFF format. For each DNA, multiple image stacks (typically 1 ~ 3) were acquired from different sample areas to extract many single-molecule time traces for analysis. The time traces that were used to make Figure 1D-F and 3A-F are provided. Triplicate data sets were further used to obtain the mean and the standard deviation of the kinetic parameters reported in Figure 3G-K and Table S1.
