Banking Customer Support English Audio Dataset is an English speech dataset designed for training and evaluating models in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), emotional tone classification, voice synthesis and generation, and emotion-aware conversational agents. The dataset contains fewer than 1,000 samples, primarily featuring Indian-accented English dialogues related to customers forgetting their online banking passwords and urgent bill payments.
