Bacterial community composition of biofilm samples in two-stage alternating A/O-SSBF and BFSBF systems

Six biofilm samples were collected at different heights in alternating A/O-SSBF (SS-Bottom, SS-Middle and SS-Top) and A/O-BFSBF (BFS-Bottom, BFS-Middle and BFS-Top). Moreover, in order to compare the difference of microbial community in incubated sediment (named as “Seed”) and the A/O-BF systems, two mixed samples (SS-Mix and BFS-Mix) were obtained by mixing the samples at different heights.
