Gene expression signature of EpCAMlow/PDPN+ and EpCAMhigh/PDPN- cancer cells in engineered human NSCLC HSAEC_4T53RD mouse xenograft model. HSAEC_4T53RD cells were subcutaneously inoculated into BALB/cSlc-nu/nu mice. Tumor cells were digested and mouse leukocyte and stromal cells were eliminated by using microbieads. Cancer cells were stained by using anti-EpCAM antibody and anti-PDPN antibody, and EpCAMlow/PDPN+ and EpCAMhigh/PDPN- cells were collected by FACS. Gene expression analysis was conducted using Agilent microarray.
