慢性肾病病人数据集

本数据集于2023全年在某社区范围内，采用问卷调查、体检等方式对1834名居民进行CKD的相关数据采集，包括年龄、性别、饮食习惯等方面。本数据集从公共卫生角度调查出发，基于社区卫生服务中心将CKD与慢性病高血压糖尿病防控结合，从全社区普通居民到CKD高危人群，再到筛查出CKD的人群基因多态性分析，最后构建出社区CKD早期诊断模型，为社区早期诊断评估CKD提供使用工具。This dataset collected relevant data concerning chronic kidney disease (CKD) from 1,834 residents within a specific community throughout the year of 2023, via methods including questionnaires and physical examinations. The collected data covers multiple aspects such as age, gender, and dietary habits. From the perspective of public health, this dataset integrates the prevention and control of CKD with that of other chronic diseases including hypertension and diabetes based on community health service centers. The research scope covers general community residents, CKD high-risk populations, and genetic polymorphism analysis of individuals screened positive for CKD. Finally, a community-based early diagnosis model for CKD was established, providing a practical tool for the early diagnosis and assessment of CKD in community healthcare settings.
