Data and code for "Skimming transition in flexible granular sweeping"

This record contains the data and Python analysis scripts associated with the article “Skimming transition in flexible granular sweeping” by Yuto Ochi and Hiroaki Katsuragi. This record includes: raw high-speed image sequences and videos used for the representative sweeping observations; trial-level experimental data used for the main-text Figs. 3 and 4; Python scripts for data selection, statistical aggregation, model fitting, and figure generation; raw images, intermediate analysis reports, and plotting scripts for the Supplemental Material; generated plot-data workbooks and fit summaries. The main-text Figs. 3 and 4 are generated automatically from the shared trial-level workbook. File organization, software requirements, and reproduction commands are documented in README.md.
