This dataset contains learning outcomes and student feedback data from preclinical medical students enrolled in a Medical Histology course taught using two different instructional approaches: Flipped Classroom (FC) and Traditional Lecture (TL).The dataset includes students’ academic performance (examination scores) as well as questionnaire-based feedback on their learning experience, engagement, and satisfaction with the teaching methods. The data were collected to compare the effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom model versus the Traditional Lecture approach in medical histology education and to evaluate students’ perceptions of these teaching formats.This dataset can be used for research in medical education, pedagogical innovation, and comparative studies of teaching strategies in preclinical medical training.
