Feminine hygiene product use in the Netherlands 2019

Young women in the Netherlands mainly used sanitary pads and tampons when on their period. Sanitary pads were most popular, with nearly 80 percent of the survey respondents stating to use this particular type of feminine product. Few women however used menstruation underwear, at less than one percent.
