Dataset: On the temperature dependence of the optical band gap in the material system of lithium niobate and lithium tantalate

The zip file contains all data analyzed for the study "On the temperature dependence of the optical band gap in the material system of lithium niobate and lithium tantalate" in its raw form. The analytics software PhoQS-Treat can be found at https://git.uni-paderborn.de/mhenneke/phoqs-treat The first column of each file contains the wavelength in nm.The second column of each file contains the intensity in counts, with the exception of the high-temperature data.There, the second column contains the transmittance.The temperature can be mapped to a given low-temperature spectrum by correlating the Unix timestamp in the filename with a specific point in time in the cryostat’s log files.
