Properties of neutrophil cell tracks per migration type for 3D clustering.

For each average staggered measure the values are highest (lowest) in the case of type 1 (type 2) cell tracks, while cell tracks of type 3 always assume intermediate values. These results are shown together with the cell track length, number of time points and number of neutrophils per migration type for all possible combinations of 3D clustering.
