Recovery plan – Industry of the future: number of beneficiaries and amounts per department

With the Recovery Plan, the Government intends to support the upscaling of industrial enterprises through the dissemination of digital technology and the adoption of new technologies. To this end, State aid allows SMEs and mid-sized enterprises in the sector to receive cash support at the same time as their transformation investments into the industry of the future. The aid takes the form of a subsidy for the acquisition of property registered in fixed assets and assigned to an industrial activity on French territory. As part of the Recovery Plan, the Government is mobilising **EUR 40 million** from 2020 to support this investment dynamic towards the industry of the future. This scheme will be renewed to the tune of EUR 140 million in 2021 and EUR 100 million in 2022.
