Through comparison of the ‘Mean of Standard’ and ‘Mean of Standard with WT’, we obtain the delta Cts. Standards with and without a WT DNA background are largely equivalent, with an average delta Ct of 0.43 (as absolute values) and Standard Deviation of 0.52 Cts.
