This dataset contains the raw in vitro experimental data on the physicochemical characterization, cytotoxicity, proliferation, and apoptosis of cervical cancer HeLa cells treated with silver nanoparticles synthesized from Ficus deltoidea (FD-AgNP). The physicochemical properties of FD-AgNP were analyzed using techniques such as UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, XRD, and TEM. The biological effects on HeLa cells were evaluated through WST assay, immunofluorescence staining of proliferation marker pAKT and Ki-67, apoptosis marker cleavage caspase-3 and morphology, and DAPI nuclear staining. This dataset includes original images, quantitative raw data, and processed graphs that demonstrate the concentration-dependent effects of FD-AgNP on cell viability, proliferation inhibition, and apoptosis induction. The data can support further research on the anticancer potential of plant-based silver nanoparticles.
