Cross-counting plausibility check of the 2015 road census

As part of the nationwide road traffic census (SVZ), which takes place every 5 years, key characteristics of traffic are determined. Different survey days, different survey methods (manual/automatic) and also different extrapolation parameters have so far led to inconsistencies in adjacent sections. The task of the mFUND project NETZPLAUSI was to identify these inconsistencies in a computer-based manner, categorise them and, if possible, provide suggestions for improvement for the extrapolation methodology. Thanks to the support of the Landesstelle für Straßentechnik in Baden-Württemberg and the Autobahndirektion Südostbayern, the results of the SVZ 2015 were analysed in more detail for two federal states and conspicuous positions in the road network were identified with regard to the extrapolation results. The CSV file provided contains example of the detected anomalies.每五年开展一次的全国道路交通普查（SVZ）会测定交通核心特征。此前由于采用了不同的调查日期、调查方式（人工/自动）以及不同的外推参数，相邻路段的统计结果存在不一致性。 mFUND项目NETZPLAUSI的任务是以计算机辅助方式识别此类不一致性、对其进行分类，并在可行范围内为外推方法提供改进建议。 得益于巴登-符腾堡州道路技术地方办事处（Landesstelle für Straßentechnik）与南巴伐利亚高速公路管理局（Autobahndirektion Südostbayern）的支持，研究团队针对两个联邦州的2015年SVZ普查结果展开精细化分析，并依据外推结果定位了公路路网中的异常点位。 本次提供的CSV文件包含已检测到的异常案例样本。
