Dataset of “Gas Exchange Dynamics and Response Times in Olive Leaves under Controlled Light and Temperature over a 24-hour period”. We investigated gas exchange dynamics in olive leaves using high-frequency measurements under controlled light and temperature over a full 24-hour cycle. By isolating key environmental drivers (PAR and Air Temprerature) and quantifying response times with a portable IRGA, our aim was to assess the reliability of photosynthetic measurements outside traditional daytime periods.
"24小时可控光温条件下橄榄叶片气体交换动态与响应时长"数据集。本研究采用高频测量手段,在完整24小时周期的可控光温环境中,对橄榄叶片的气体交换动态开展了研究。通过分离关键环境驱动因子——光合有效辐射(Photosynthetically Active Radiation, PAR)与空气温度(Air Temperature,原文存在拼写笔误,原拼写为Air Temprerature),并借助便携式红外气体分析仪(Infrared Gas Analyzer, IRGA)量化响应时长,本研究旨在评估传统日间时段以外的光合测量结果的可靠性。
