Impact of cancer driver gene mutations in cisplatin sensitivity in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines. Homo sapiens

This research was aimed to study the relationship among cis-platin sensitivity, the release of Damage Associated Molecular Patterns, and the mutational profile in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines.Overall design: To examine the impact of cancer-driver gene mutations on cis-platin sensitivity, we performed target sequencing of 15 clinically-relevant driver genes in untreated lung adenocarcinoma cell lines. Each cell line was sequenced in duplicate.
