Hydrogeological constraint pursuant to Art. 47 R.D.L. 3267/1923

The layer represents the areas subject to constraints for hydrogeological purposes. The delimitation of the perimeter that identifies the hydrogeological link took place starting from the recovery of the documentation (thematic map, acts) of the constraint deriving from the following articles of law: Article 47 of Royal Decree-Law No 3267/23.It should be noted that as regards wooded areas not already covered by the perimeter areas, the provisions of Article 182 of Royal Decree 3267/23 apply.The polygons represent the restricted and exempt zones. The main purpose of the constraint is to preserve the physical environment and thus to prevent forms of use which may lead to denudation, triggering erosive phenomena, loss of stability, disturbance of the water regime, etc., with the possibility of public damage.本图层代表受水文地质用途约束的区域。本次划定用以标识水文地质联系的边界范围，以源自下述法律条款的约束相关文档（专题地图、法定文书）为依据：2023年第3267号皇家立法令第47条。需特别说明，对于尚未被前述边界范围覆盖的林区，适用2023年第3267号皇家立法令第182条之规定。本数据集中的多边形要素代表受限区域与豁免区域。本约束措施的核心宗旨为保护自然物理环境，进而防范各类可能引发地表裸露、侵蚀现象、稳定性丧失、水文节律扰动，乃至造成公共损害的开发利用行为。
