<b>Host plant and soil nutrient dual filters mediate the negative effects of long-term grazing on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal communit</b><b>ies</b><b> in a desert grassland </b><b>of</b><b> northern China</b> (DATA)

We determined clumped arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) communities under different grazing intensities (no grazing, light grazing, moderate grazing and heavy grazing) in the desert grasslands of northern China, and obtained the diversity, community composition and network complexity of AMF. In addition, we measured a series of biotic and abiotic factors, including plant diversity, plant ecological strategies, soil physical structure and soil nutrients, and thus analyzed AMF community driving mechanisms.
