A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the mangrove wetland ecosystem at Yunxiao Station from 2019 to 2020

This dataset includes the flux observation data of Yunxiao mangrove wetland ecosystem from 2019 to 2020. The raw observation data were collected at the Zhangjiangkou mangrove wetland ecosystem positioning research station. We processed the raw data based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
