Predictions of Landholder Preferences for Conservation Covenants

This data set provides statistical predictions of; \r\n\r\n(1) the probability that a landholder would consider a conservation covenant on their property,\r\n\r\n(2) the financial compensation per hectare per year that a landholder would require to put a conservation covenant on their property, and \r\n\r\n(3) the proportion of their property a landholder would be willing to put a conservation covenant on, for private properties within the Central & Southern Tablelands, Central Coast, North Coast, Northern Tablelands, Northwest Slopes, and South Coast Koala Modelling Regions (KMRs) for in-perpetuity and 10-year covenants. \r\n\r\nThese predictions were derived from a statistical model fitted to survey data collected from land holders across the study area at the property level and then aggregated to the Australian Bureau of Statistics Statistical Area Level 1 spatial unit.

本数据集提供以下三项统计预测：
(1) 土地所有者考虑在其自有物业上设立保育契约（Conservation Covenant）的概率；
(2) 土地所有者为在其自有物业上设立保育契约所需的年度每公顷经济补偿金额；
(3) 土地所有者愿意纳入保育契约的自有物业面积占比。
上述预测覆盖考拉建模区域（Koala Modelling Regions, KMRs）下辖的中南部台地、中部海岸、北海岸、北部台地、西北坡地及南海岸范围内的私有物业，且分别针对永久存续及10年期保育契约开展预测。
该类预测基于适配研究区域内物业层面土地所有者调研数据的统计模型生成，随后被聚合至澳大利亚统计局（Australian Bureau of Statistics, ABS）1级统计区域（Statistical Area Level 1, SA1）空间单元。
