We aimed to identify enhancers of ovarian genes known to play key roles in early ovarian development, basing our time series CAGE (cap analysis of gene expression) analysis on the expression of enhancer-derived transcripts (eRNAs) from fetal mouse ovarian somatic cells. Moreover, we confirmed the chromatin state of enhancer candidates by ATAC-seq.
