Hydrological catchment areas of the entertainment associations (UHV) in Lower Saxony and Bremen

On the basis of the basic catchment areas of the hydrographic map, a stock of spatial data has been generated with the hydrological catchments for all persons subject to maintenance of waters 1. Order and Waters 2. For each base catchment area of the hydrographic map is attributively recorded which entertainment association (UHV) is responsible for the main waters. Based on this UHV attribute, the basic catchment areas were combined/aggregated into UHV units. Thereafter, all waters are 1. Order has been incorporated into the aggregated UHV geometries so that the stock can be differentiated between catchment areas of waters 2. Order and the waters 1. The geometries merely reflect the hydrological conditions, this cannot be equated with the responsibility of the entertainers. Responsibility for waters 1 and 2. The Regulation and its maintenance is laid down in the list of waters 1. Order (Federal Water Budget Act, WHG) and in the list of waters 2. Regulation (plants in the Lower Saxony Water Act, NWG).本数据集以水文地图的基础汇水区为基底，针对所有需履行一级水域（Waters 1 Order）养护义务的主体及二级水域（Waters 2 Order），生成了包含水文汇水区的空间数据集集合。针对水文地图的每个基础汇水区，均通过属性字段记录了负责管辖主干水域的娱乐协会（UHV）。基于该UHV属性字段，基础汇水区被合并/聚合为UHV单元。随后，所有一级水域均被纳入聚合后的UHV几何范围，由此可将数据集集合内的汇水区区分为二级水域汇水区与一级水域汇水区。上述几何边界仅反映水文条件，不得与娱乐从业者的管护责任等同。一级水域与二级水域的管护责任、相关监管要求及其养护细则，分别规定于《一级水域名录》（联邦水管理法案，WHG）与《二级水域监管名录》（下萨克森州水法，NWG）。
