FISH-IF on a fixed wild-type (N2) C. elegans embryo showing DAPI staining (405, blue), LMN-1 staining (491, green) and telomere FISH (561, red) is presented. Telomeres in embryos have a biased distribution towards the nuclear periphery marked by LMN-1 staining. This 3D confocal stack of images was taken through the embryo and deconvolved using Huygens (SVI).
