Manuscript title: Hidden diets of odonate naiads revealed by non-invasive metabarcoding of mucus-bound fecal pellets.Fecal pellets from 118 naiads representing 17 odonate species from Singapore were analyzed with a universal COI marker. This excel file contains the demultiplexing files for the naiads' fecal DNA metabarcoding sequences. Raw fecal DNA metabarcoding sequence reads have been deposited on Sequence Read Archive, under the following BioProject ID: PRJNA1356311.
