Evidence table of flow-biota studies for the wet-dry tropics of northern Australia

This dataset was compiled as part of the National Environmental Science Program (NESP) Project 2.1 led by Prof Michele Burford and Prof Ben Stewart-Koster Titled "Assessing risks to the environment from water-resource development in northern Australia using north Queensland as a case study"

Search completed by December 2022. Projects included span a 34 year period (1980-2022).

The aim of this component of the project was to synthesise existing information on freshwater and estuarine species and processes across northern Australia to identify risks, knowledge gaps and research needs.

Information was sourced from the published literature and grey literature (reports)

本数据集系由米歇尔·伯福德（Michele Burford）教授与本·斯图尔特-科斯特（Ben Stewart-Koster）教授牵头的国家环境科学项目（National Environmental Science Program, NESP）2.1课题——“以北昆士兰州为案例研究评估澳大利亚北部水资源开发对环境的风险”所编制。
数据检索与整理工作由西澳大利亚大学的莉亚·比斯利（Leah Beesley）博士完成，全部检索工作于2022年12月收官。本次纳入研究的文献跨度达34年（1980年至2022年）。
本课题分支的核心目标为整合澳大利亚北部地区现有淡水与河口物种及相关过程的信息，以识别环境风险、知识缺口及研究需求。
