GZR data on undeclared work 2020 — decisions on fines pursuant to Sections 5(1) and (2), 23(1) and (2) AEntG — Legal persons — Federal Government/Länder

With the overview “GZR data on undeclared work 2020”, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the fines for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work entered in the sub-registers on natural persons and legal persons and associations of persons in the commercial central register in 2020. The data set shows all fine decisions against legal persons entered in the commercial central register during the evaluation year pursuant to Sections 5(1) and (2), 23(1) and 2 of the Workers’ Posting Act (AEntG).
