Crop Microbiome Survey_ITS2 gene amplicon

We conducted standardized field surveys across agricultural and adjacent natural ecosystems throughout China. For each ecosystem, samples were collected following a standardized protocol (https://www.globalsustainableagriculture.org/the-crop-microbiome-survey/). All samples were collected by Limei Zhang (Chinese Academy of Sciences), Haiyan Chu/Jiasui Li (Chinese Academy of Sciences), and Ling Wang/Quanhui Ma (Northeast Normal University).
