Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 6-130d entered into force on 29.10.2005. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合INSPIRE标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。 编号为6-130d的开发规划于2005年10月29日正式生效。 开发规划包含针对城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的法定条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。 建设管制规范明确了建设的选址、类型与实施方式。 原则上，开发规划应依托土地利用规划编制而成。 本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU（地方城市规划）数据模型构建，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟(OGC，Open Geospatial Consortium):WMS（网络地图服务，Web Map Service）与预定义ATOM协议获取。
